Mr. Fehrmann serves in dual roles as the Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) Director and CTSI IT Director at the University of Minnesota. He directs the IT work to deliver new application and data reporting solutions while managing, maintaining, and expanding several clinical research applications, databases, and associated IT services. Mr. Fehrmann leads multiple teams through new functional IT solution implementations, and manages IT administration teams that conduct support, training and maintenance of several applications.
