Sonja Short, MD, FAAP, FACP

Sonja Short, MD, FACP, FACP is the Associate Chief Medical Informatics Office, Ambulatory at M Health Fairview and a practicing med-peds physician at M Health Fairview Clinic - Eagan.  In this role, she works with IT and operational leaders on various initiatives involving the EHR including regulatory programs, HIE, population health and ambulatory EHR optimization.  For the past 3 years, she has been a co-chair of the Minnesota Department of Health e-health advisory Committee.  She is a graduate of Montana State University and Harvard Medical School and completed her combined internal medicine-pediatrics residency and a chief year at the University of Minnesota.
